THE BASE wrap material will conform to your wrist and lock in place, allowing you free range of motion during the lift being performed. The BASE wrist wrap is available in 12, 18, 24 and 36-inch lengths (support material, not Velcro), giving you the option of how much support you require.  Generally shorter lengths are favored by Olympic weightlifters and CrossFit athletes.

The material is flexible and elastic to give you adequate rebound at the bottom of the squat, while still maintaining a firm grip on your knee.
