• How long do I have to be able to return a product?

Products can be returned if customer service is contacted within 1 week (7 days) from the date of delivery. The item must be shipped within 14 days of the initial delivery. The product must be in the original packaging and in an unused condition. Any product returned that is damaged or not in an original condition (all packaging) will not be accepted.  Please note either an exchange, or a store gift card will be provided. Please note the customer will be invoiced for the shipping costs.

We offer exchanges provided the product is in original packaging, and in an unused condition with tags attached.

  • Can I exchange the product I ordered for a different size?

Every effort will be made to ensure that you are happy with your order, therefore exchanges can be made if you they are requested within 1 week (7 days) of receiving the products. Please follow the size chart, to prevent this situation.
