• How do I know you have received my order?

Once the order has gone through, the order confirmation page will be shown along with the order number. You will also receive an invoice via email detailing your order.


  • Can I amend the order I placed and have paid for?

It is our objective to get the order out the same day. However, depending on the volume of orders we may be experiencing delays, in which case we request you call the customer service number during business hours as soon as possible. If the order has been processed and shipped, then a return service will be required. The customer service number can be found on the contact us page. 


  • International Orders: Please be aware that delivery could take anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks depending on the location as well as any delays your country’s customs or shipping may be experiencing.  The buyer is responsible for any duties, tax and handling fees that may be incurred at customs.  Also note, that we are unable to track the package once it leaves the US.
