• The item I purchased tore or broke, can I get a replacement?

Every effort is made to ensure that the customer receives a quality product, the product is checked before it is shipped to the customer. Due to the nature of the products, only belts are eligible for replacement. All belts have a 1 year warranty.

In the very rare instance that there is a defect in your LOAD Strength Sports weightlifting or powerlifting belt it will be replaced at no charge. Please email us at customerservice@loadstrengthsports.com, please tell us what happened, and attach 3 detailed photographs of the issue from a top view, and 2 side views from either side. We will also require the invoice sent to your email when you purchased the product.

Wraps, sleeves, straps and apparel are not eligible for a warranty.
